The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. the house itself was beautifully designed with a modern touch and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the free WiFi and terrace were nice added bonuses. The communication with the host was excellent and the check-in process was seamless. We were greeted with a bottle of wine, which was a lovely touch. the rooms were spotless and the beds were very comfortable. the towels provided were a nice touch as well. I especially loved the proximity to popular points of interest like the Bournemouth BIC and the Bournemouth Pavilion. Overall, I highly recommend staying at the Modern House in Bournemouth town centre for a fantastic holiday experience. I will definitely be returning in the future.
